Erika has 12 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, discovering her passion for helping special needs children while working as a Behavior Technician and Supervisor while completing her B.A. in Psychology. In Spring 2016, she completed her Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis at California State University, Northridge and became a certified BCBA in November 2016. She loves helping children and their families and has experience working in clinic, school, and home settings. She has had great success in partnering with other types of providers, such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists to ensure synergy across a child's treatments and to set conditions for her clients to progress toward their goals. Erika enjoys furthering her knowledge of the field and employs her creativity to ensure her treatment plans meet a child's behavioral and emotional needs. In her free time, Erika enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and two dogs, playing soccer, shopping, and traveling.
